How to receive Telegram Channel Comments as tickets in LiveChat?
1. Create a public Telegram Channel:
2. Add your bot to your created channel as an admin [1] by clicking "Administrators" >> "Add Admin" and then create a Discussion Group for your channel [2]:
3. Visit your created Discussion Group and add your bot there as well:
Note: We're able to receive messages only via the bot.
So the bot should be added to your channels, groups and private
conversations if you want to receive tickets to Zendesk.
Now let's do the test! Write a post and add the comment to the created post. The comments should reach your LiveChat as a ticket.
