Setting up Instagram DM integration with LiveChat

1. Install OAPPS for Instagram DM app from LiveChat Marketplace (the app is in beta, and may not accessible to you).
2. The app settings will open up. Press Add Account.
3. Enter an Account name, so you will be able to identify it if you have connected multiple accounts.
4. Enter your e-mail account. We will use it to send app updates.
5. (optionally) Choose groups the chats will go to.
   
6. Press Save

In some cases, Instagram will require additional verification.

Choose e-mail or phone verification, enter the verification code. In some cases, it takes up to 30 minutes for the code to arrive. If you can't find an e-mail from Instagram, please also check your spam folder.
